Quotes and estimates

Incentive amounts on this site are estimates based on public data and what you tell us. Commerce and your utility decide whether and how much to pay. The incentive is not guaranteed, and a utility may pay less or nothing.

Our fee

Our fee is $0.12 per square foot of incentive-eligible area: half when you sign, half when Commerce approves your compliance filing. The fee doesn't depend on the utility paying the incentive. Your signed service agreement controls if it differs from this page.

Your account

Keep your password private. Only upload documents you're allowed to share. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us; we and our Qualified Energy Manager check it before filing.
