What we collect

Your name, email, phone and company; building details; utility bills and account numbers; photos of equipment nameplates you upload; signatures, with the time, IP address and browser they were made from; and payment status (card details stay with our payment processor, Stripe).

How we use it

Only to prepare and file your building's Tier 2 compliance and incentive applications: sharing what's needed with the Washington State Department of Commerce, your utilities, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, and the Qualified Energy Manager who reviews your building. We may use an AI service to read bills and nameplates; it does not train on your files. We don't sell your data.

Keeping and deleting

We keep filing records for as long as Commerce may audit them. Ask us to delete anything else at [provider email].
